The PTO supports student enrichment activities to enhance FES learning experiences. Examples include dance classes, field trips, live performances, speakers, author talks, music appreciation, museum visits, and more!

Past initiatives have included teacher lounge makeovers, holiday gifts for all teachers and staff, Valentines' Day Love Notes, and lots of special treats for Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week in May!

The PTO hosts a series of FUN and mostly FREE activities throughout the school year for our student body and their families: Harvest Festival, Bingo, Ice Skating night, Parent/Caregiver Mixers, Playground Meetups, Sea Dogs Night, and Movie Night. Check out our PTO Newsletter and Facebook feed each month to see what PTO has planned for your children and you!

From welcoming new families through our First Mates program, to keeping parents informed through the Class Navigators (room parent) program, the PTO is actively developing new ways to connect the FES community. We also sell FES Navigators "Spirit Wear,” and continue to grow fundraisers and events to benefit local nonprofits.
